Hello all,
I configured an automatic archive for ValueArchive_006, but there was an error while archiving and now I can't access the data. The error messages I get when I try to access the data is

The message that stuck out to me was
".....54, Unexpected state, Found file AR_0006_2017.09.15.20.43.42 for set 2, but the state in header is set to 1, so file is ignored even though it's present ,..."
Any idea on how to change the state in header, and what should the state be changed to?
Note: I've tried running the DBrepair tool and that didn't fix the issue
Thanks!

Re: Archive DB Backup issue
It looks like the archive is stopped when trying to read data. The log entries in the beginning are the interesting ones.
Please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support for further analysis of this problem.
An explanation for the log message which is written during startup you can find in FAQ --> Log-Messages:

Re: Archive DB Backup issue
Thanks! That link helped a lot. I’ll follow the steps and try to restore the file manually.

Re: Archive DB Backup issue
Manual restore didn't help. The file was the same....

Re: Archive DB Backup issue
"State in header 1" is the information that the file is marked as deleted.
If you remove the file from the VA database folder you will not get the log message again during startup.
There is no possibility to change the state of the header.
