Hello,
I am using Video ewo in my project. It runs OK on original WinCC OA 3.15, but when I use software created from WinCC OA 3.15 branding package, I have some problems. I placed multiple video ewos in one panel. When I run this panel, in log I get following message:
WCCOAui (1), 2017.11.28 13:48:49.379, SYS, WARNING, 54, Unexpected state, Qt, QObject::connect: No such signal MultiWidgetPanel_GENERIC::layoutDblClickAction(bool)
and sometimes some of the ewos do not display. There is no any rule which ewo will be displayed and which will not, seems like it is a random thing.
On the following link you can see the problem in pictures. Picture 2 shows all three ewos displayed (as it should be) and pictures 1 and 3 show random behaviour of this panel.

I tought that the problem might be changing files in branding package but then I tried to build the original branding package, without making any changes and still got the same problem.
Best regards,
Nedžad

Re: VIDEO problem on a WinCC OA 3.15 branded package
Hello,
I do not think this issue is related to branding. To verify create do a binary comparison between the original installed package and the unchanged branded one. They should match exactly.
General hints:
If you do your tests with different machines, redo the test on the same machine.
Take a look if the error message is related to one or more EWOs not showing a picture or if it is always raised.
Try the most recent patch 3.15-P007 as it also contains some bugfixes for the Video EWO.
Make sure the Vimacc third party setup is really updating its version with P007 to 2.2.2.9 on the target system.
Hope this helps.
