Hi,
I'm currently setting up alarms on different managers via the system overview panel and _ManagerConnections dps.
We are working on a safety system & in the help it states that alarm handling should be enabled on the CRC datapoints and CRC activated via the "useCRC" config entry. I haven't seen this mentioned anywhere else & after adding the config entry, none of the CRC dps are set. Is this still required?

Re: CRC messaging
For a local manager connection CRC is not used.
When starting a local manager when useCRC = 1 is set for the Event Manager you will find the following log message, e.g. for a CTRL manager:
WCCILevent (0), 2017.11.02 14:28:44.890, PARAM,INFO, 0, , MAN: (SYS: 15 Ctrl -num 1 CONN: 1), Not using CRC because peer is running on same host
Please check the settings and log messages in your project.
Best Regards

Re: CRC messaging
Thanks Leopold!
I've just started the redundant pair & can see CRC active on _Conn_event_0_1_to_event_0_2 as well as in the log file entries.
