WinCC OA video - licensing

Hello,

I am trying to use WinCC OA video feature, but when I start Video Manager, I get following messages in log:

WCCOAvideoOA (1), 2017.10.23 11:59:31.909, PARAM,SEVERE, 1002/voa_general, , VimaccControlSocket, exceptionRaised, localhost, 127.0.0.1

WCCOAvideoOA (1), 2017.10.23 11:59:40.914, SYS, SEVERE, 1015/voa_general, , VideoManager, handleConfigState

I supose that the problem is related with video license, but you told us that it is possible to run WinCC OA video for 8 hours in demo without a video license. I copied files LicenseFeatures.opt and LicenseFeatures.sgn from folder C:\\vimacc\\data\\features\\license to C:\\Siemens\\Automation\\WinCC_OA\\3.15, but these errors are still here. Also, when I start Video Object Explorer, there is no normal tree in menu. Instead, i there are only messages "voa_general not found" (image in attachment). I supose those two problems are related.

Could you share your solution to this problem? It could be helpful if someone else has the same problem.

It was just about copying files from C:\\Siemens\\Automation\\WinCC_OA\\3.15\\Video_3.15\\msg folder to \\msg folder
