WinCC OA - Cannot create Remote UI Project

Dear all,

I would like to report an issue that I have recently found during the creation of a Remote UI project with WinCC OA 3.15 Patch 05.

I'm working in VM Ware 12 enviroment, running 2 VMs,:

1. SCADA Server: RHEL 7 with WinCC OA 3.15 P05 installed. Project created is running. Samba is sharing WinCC OA project folder.
2. SCADA Remote UI: Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 with WinCC OA 3.15 P05 installed. Linux share folder is accesible and it is possible to copy&paste the remote project in the same local path that I'm trying to create Remote UI Project with WinCC OA.

The problem is the following:
Everytime I try to create the folder via the wizard, I select the remote path (from SCADA Server), and then create.... it takes a while and then an error comes out: "Error Creating project". You can find the PVSS_II.log in the attachment. It appears to happen only in virtualized enviroment, not in real enviroment. Any ideas would be welcome!

Try to start the WinCC OA Project Administration by choosing "Run as Administrator"

Depending on what you want to achieve with the Remote UI you could also use the Desktop UI instead, which should be much easier to setup.
