Problem with download page

There seems to be a problem with the portal... when I try to access the page to download patches, I am presented with the following error message;

Warning: ftp_login() [function.ftp-login]: User WebTransfer cannot log in. in C:\\xampp\\htdocs\\templates\\ja_purity\\PatchList_3_10.php on line 43
Error: Could not get patch file from ftp server for version 3.10.

There is a problem on the download portal again. I cannot download WinCC Open Architecture 3.11 32bit (Windows) or any other program, because the downloader don't display.

Hello,

there is no additional program required for downloading the WinCC OA-version.
At the following page the download can be started
https://portal.etm.at/index.php?option= ... &Itemid=81

Maybe your brower/security settings do not allow the download of the files. Please get in contact with your system administrator, maybe they have a solution for this problem.

If the download is not possible please get in contact with the ETM sales team. Then we can send you the version in an other way (DVD, other download-link).
