Redundant System Problem Becase of Server HW Frimware Bug

I always have help from forum. and thank you for ETM employee's reply

There is redundant system on Win Sever 2012, HP server.

But suddenly HP Server got a problem and then Wincc Project looks like stopped.
I sent HP log to Company and
They repled to me 'that's Smart Array Controller Firmware Bug. Please update firmware version.'.


But I don't understand
why didn't winccoa change to secondary server even though primary server had a Hardware firmware problem.


Hardware firmware problem didn't affect to event manager or redundant manager ?
Because distrubute manager and other control manager (for DB insert) didn't work at that time,


If there are similar examples, Please let me know what I check system configuration, log else.

To be able to clarify the behaviour if the redundant WinCC OA system we need to see the log entries which have been written while the problem occured.
Please get in contact with the official WinCC OA support and submit a service request using
https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/start

When submitting the service request please add the following information:
https://portal.etm.at/index.php?view=it ... &Itemid=54

Also please add the logfiles for the redundant WinCC OA project, the files for both servers are needed.
