ETM.at oracle error

I tried to give feedback via ETM.at but the webside only shows that error:

ORA-00257: archiver error. Connect internal only, until freed.

I wanted to post my feedback about ETM's support and I got following error after posting.

ORA-00933: SQL-Befehl wurde nicht korrekt beendet

/feedback_form_e.asp, line 525 

If I open the link again, it tells me "The Feedback form is already complete. Thank you!". No idea what's the call on the line 525 but it looks like good filtering of (negative) feedback

Sry for the inconvenience. It seems to be an isolated problem, I could not find out the reason right now, but I have sent another feedback request to you right now in the hope for (good) feedback

That is unfortunate, I am on it, you will receive further feedback forms for testing purpose. Please ignore them for now. I will inform you once our web-developer solved the issue.
