Hi,
How to fix the error "Database error, AlertCacheItem, loadText, Code :0" ?

The error looks simiilar to the other one you have posted in another thread.

The cause is probably the same.
It looks like saving alert information in the database is not possible. There are different parts of the database which can be affected.
Only with this part of the log message the cause cannot be found. Therefore we cannot tell you if this error can be fixed and how it needs to be done.
