WinCC OA not start on windows 10 1703

After updating to Windows 10 creator update (1703), the pmon does not start anymore.
When the console is started, a message box is displayed.

The process monitor (WCCILpmon) of this project is not running!

Hello,

Unfortunately this update breaks the way the console starts the pmon, not the pmon itself has the problem.

That is why you can use the following workarounds:
- start WinCC OA as service
- run "WCCILpmon -proj XYZ" from a command line

We focus with our tests at the CBB version (current branch for business) - 1607 at the moment. 1703 will be available from Microsoft for CBB users at July or August.

Even though it seems to be a bug in Windows we plan to a working Console ready for the release of the CBB version of 1703.

Thanks for fast response

I hope microsoft corrects the error.
We also have a problem with an external program, which is started with systen ("start / b ..").
Without "start / b" the program runs. But with a cmd window.

Update:
there was a correction according this issue.
Within next upcoming summary patch (WinCC_OA 3.15 P004) the console (pmon) is working fine again on Win10-1703.

Is the patch available for WinCC_OA 3.14 too ? I didn't find any hint in the readme files up to Patch 016 !

The problem is solved with P012 for WinCC OA 3.14.

In the Readme file for P012 it is documented:
25014/1-4797070446, 1-4835238063, 1-4851821206: The console cannot
start the PMON correctly after the installation of the Windows
10 "Creators Update" (version 1703).
