Problem: How can i support/add dutch in belgium? => New language: Contact Support

When i want to use the language "nl_BE" for dutch in belgium i get console log message

WCCILpmon1:WCCILpmon    (1), 2017.06.21 16:22:38.910: language "nl_BE.utf8" is unknown

My questions:
1) Which languages are supported by WinCC OA 3.15?
2) how can i add another language (e.g dutch in belgium)?

I cannot use nl_NL because both languages differ in specific cases (as long as i see on Wikipedia) as a german guy and the country MUST be belgium.

PS. I have used http://www.science.co.il/language/Locale-codes.php as a reference for the language code.

ad 1) check /opt/WinCC_OA/3.15/nls/lang.dir
ad 2) new languages should be added only by ETM, since every language must have a unique global id (the first column in above file).
Please get in contact with our support and request this language being added
