Ascii Manager Errors

Post by ewoenne »

Hi, I'm having issues with the Ascii Manager on v3.15 Patch 3.

Creating and trying to save a new configuration with multiple filters set produces the error below. It seems to work with just Datapoints selected and then once a configuration has saved I can add extra filters and DPs to it successfully.

Code: Select all

Can you please give us the information which options you have selected and which steps are necessary to get this error.
At my tests I did not get the log message.

Hi Leopold,

I selected 2 DP types, chose Set/clear all filters and entered in the new ascii file and configuration name. Pressing the save button produces the error.

Testing it again now, I found that selecting all the filters individually (instead of choosing the Set/clear all button) does not produce the error!

Thanks for the information, now I could reproduce the error. The problem is that the entries in the dp list are not correct when activating/deactivating the option to set all filters.
I've fixed the problem. The bugfix will be part of the next patch for WinCC OA 3.15.
