Close Mode is not dialing. Alert (WinccOa 3.12)

Alerts do not come when I check history alerts in Close mode. How can I make settings?(Wincc Oa 3.12)

Hello,

do you see any alerts when using another mode?
Are there log message written when trying to read historical alerts?
Are you sure that in the given time range an alert occured which is archived?

Another mode is not a problem.
Yes, there is a warning at the given time setting.

Can you please give us the information which warning is shown.
If there also a log message written at the server and/or the client please copy the log message to your answer.
