Error during start of Runtime

Hello,
I have installed 3.15 version of WINCC OA in my system upgraded from 3.14. We have developed an application for project specific, Whenever I open Runtime I get the error as per the attachment which i never came across or never happened in 3.14. Can some one please suggest what is missing and how I can overcome it.

Can you please describe what ist meant with "Runtime"?
Is it a Ui running on the server or a client?

The screenshot describes that dll files for WinCC OA 3.14 are missing.
Are you maybe starting an "old" UI executable for WinCC OA 3.14?
