Hello!
I have a problem to deploy webclient in version 3.15.
WebClient works fine in 3.14 but doesn't in 3.15.
In IE written - "Initialization via HTTP server failed".
In WinCC OA Log - "Connection to client could not be encrypted".
Default values for http and https ports were changed.
I have this problem both Win7 X64 and Win 8.1 X64. I try WinCC OA 3.15 Desktop UI both x86 and x64.
What do I wrong?

Have you granted your client machine access to the server in the device management?
Please have a look on your server machine - system management - settings - device management

Server and client run on the same computer.

It does not make a difference if the client is on a different - or the same machine as the server.
You need to grant this client access to the server due to our security policy.
Did you have a chance to take a look onto this device management panel in the meantime?

Could you send a screenshot of the window that you mean.
I'm not sure I'm doing the right settings.
And why WebClient works with 3.14 without that settings. Something changes?

Re: WebClient in 3.15 doesn\'t work
This is a new security feature introduced in 3.15.
You need to grant access for clients on the serverside in the device management.
This prevents unauthorized access using the Webclient (or DesktopUI).
You can find a description in our online help -> WinCC OA UI -> DesktopUI -> Basics -> Device Management
Please have a look there and let us know if you found everything you need.
