Cannot start projects in 3.15

I receive the following error when I try and start a project (any project)

This is a crash of the WinCC OA process monitor.

This is no known issue.

Is something about your system environment special? Do you have the issue on another machine too?

I do not have the issue on another machine so it may be something to do with the machine I am running it on.

I used to have 3.14 working OK but have recently upgraded to 3.15

I have now uninstalled and reinstalled again and things seem to work ok now.
