Features of WinCC OA

I should convince our customer to use WinCC OA. I would like to know different features of WinCC OA according the others and then I will add this features on contract to have advantage.

Are there any documents about it?

-- Scalable system
-- Multi server/multi client architecture (hot standby redundancy, distributed systems)
-- Extensive range of drivers (S7, IEC, OPC, ...)
-- Online configuration
-- Availability for Windows and Linux operating systems
-- User interface apps for iOS and Android
