There is a relatively simple fix for this, simply download the attached ZIP file and start the extracted executable on your machine. It makes necessary changes to the configuration of the S7DOS library. The error message should be gone after running the tool. You can use this for your existing installation.
A similar change was also applied to the setup for future installations. So if you download the setup again, it will already contain the change and the S7+ driver will work from the beginning. The new setup has the MD5 hash: 831585f9cf85edbf4e7d88ded25c89a2 .
