Since I have changed to Windows 10 Pro 64bit, that I have some problems running WinCC OA with a non-administrator user.
I am using WinCC OA v3.14 P008, and trying to configure a remote UI (this does not happen in the servers, which are running Windows Server 2012 R2).
If I run WinCC OA Console without administrator privilege, I get an error reading project list.
If I right-click WinCC OA Console and choose "Run as Administrator", it works correctly. But that doesn't solve the issue as I have to insert the administrator password.
If I change compatibility settings in WCCOAui to always run as administrator, it will ask me for the administrator password when starting, which doesn't solve the issue as well.
Any tips for running WinCC OA in a user account without Administrator privileges?

OK I think I found the solution.
The project folder should have permission of Full Control (Read/Write) for the user account or group that you are running the UI from...
