Could not load EWO in Web-Client

Post by NFedorenko »

Hello to all.

Got the problem with EWO.
It works nice on local machine, but when I'm starting Web-Client, there is a problem.
There is a message like: "Version of EWO is 1, enable to load ony 4 version".

Help please. What should I do?

Hello,

Often a problem is, that the EWO is 64bit, but the Webclient is the 32bit one.

Please verify if the EWO architecture matches the webclient.

If this is OK, than often dependencies are missing. Does your EWO use Special dependencies?

Andreas

yes, but it's already 32bit

Code: Select all

qmake.exe D:\\QT\\dataKeeper\\dataKeeper.pro -r -spec win32-msvc2013
I've got the same problem before, but it depends on wrong EWO-file path. As I know WebClient downloads EWO-file and put it to a user temporary folder and it already have right path.
Is there any solution?

Are there additional libraries your EWO links to, except the Qt libs ?
Can you post the exact error messages you get (not only the one with the version but also the one before).
