Sum alert

Post by ewoenne »

I have a sum alert which is behaving strangely. No alarm class is selected and there is only 1 alert included which is CAME and WENT must be acknowledged separately. The colour is different depending on the sequence of events.

Sequence 1:
- alert value true
- alert value false
- CAME acknowledged

Result: Shows WENT/unacknowledged but the colour is for CAME acknowledged

Sequence 2:
- alert value true
- CAME acknowledged
- alert value false

Result: Shows WENT/unacknowledged and the correct colour

Am I missing something here?

if there is no alert class defined at the summary alert it uses the information for the single alerts.
Please check which color is displayed for the single alert in the AEScreen and if it matches the color displayed at the summary alert.

I've checked the alarm screen and the sum alert colour is different depending on when you acknowledge the CAME alarm.

Sequence 1:
Single alert is WENT / unacknowledged
Sum alert colour is CAME / acknowledged

Sequence 2:
Single alert is WENT / unacknowledged
Sum alert colour is WENT / unacknowledged

I've attached a screenshot of the alarm screen in both cases.

the difference is maybe caused by the order of messages received for the alerts.
The summary alert gets as last information the acknowledgement of the CAME alert in sequence 1 and therefore this color is displayed.
