Error : Too much data in timerange or syntax error in filter

Dear Sir,

I am using WINCCOA 3.12.

Today, I had inserted DPpoint (1,000 ea) into WINCCOA.

and then, started a vision (Runtime).

suddenly, Warning popup was displayed.

"Too much data in specified timerange or syntax error in filter" - refer to attached file.

1. For 5 years, using WINCCOA, it is first time to display Warning popup.

2. DPpoint is almost 300,000 ea (include internal DPpoint - 80,000 ea)

3. then, restore backup and insert it again, Warning popup is displayed .

4. So, devide DPpoint (1,000 ea) to ten DPpoint (each point is 100 ea).

5. when Over the 800 ea DPpoint, Waning popup is displayed.

6. right then, deleted DPpoint (3,000 ea) and, started a vision : Warning popup is disappeared.

What is the problem ??

and Let me know how many DPpoint WINCCOA could get ?

can you please have a look at the PVSS_II.log-file for the server and the client (if a remote UI is used).
If this error dialog is shown you should find there additional information. If a log-message is written when this dialog is opened please have a look at FAQ --> Log-Messages. In this section a lot of log messages are explained.
