On the Remote driver project, I'm trying to run a OPC DA Server or UI. But I can not. What can be wrong. Without installing the patch P024 it works. But I need to install a patch for a different reason. Standart project on RHEL 7.1 WinCC OA 3.12, Remote driver project on Windows server 2003, WinCC OA 3.11.

without detailed information (log entries during startup on server and client) we cannot detect why it does not work.
In your description you have mentioned that you are using two different WinCC OA versions for the server and client.
Please note that using different WinCC OA versions in the same project is officially not supported. The server and clients must have the same WinCC OA version installed.
Also please note that the combination WinCC OA 3.12 and RHEL 7.1 is officially not supported. For WinCC OA 3.12 you have to use RHEL 6.4.
