Send a Panel to external application

Is there a way to send a panel to a external program ?
It must be with live data, and sendt by video stream or other methods.

It will be use for display some HMI information in a 3D dome (Simulator), as a Head Up Display.
And it will be very nice if I have control of the transparancy of the object/panel, by the Alpha channel.

In which way do you want which external program to receive the panel ?
(what data can the external program handle and how)

The developer for the 3D engine (Rendering) want to have a video stream, in either MPEG or H.264 format.
Then they will place and scale the panel to fit the 3D Dome.

An alternative solution my be to distibute as web page (Web server)

In 3.14 we introduce a new technology, ULC UX, which allows to use a complete User Interface Manager via HTML5 in a browser.
Maybe this is a solution you can use.
