Report Error( Fehler30200)

Hi,

In iVisionmax 3.12 reports are not running.
Error meaasge:
***********************Fehler 30200***************************************
M_port:: KopfFubzeileEinrichten
Unable to set up the headers/footers! Has a printer been installed?

*************************************************************************

The above message is coming contineously & report is terminating.

Pl. any one look into this issue & provide the solution.

Hello,

the error message describes that probably no printer is installed at the computer where the report is used.
Please check the configuration of your system and install a printer if there is no one installed.

In this PC printer is not required. Just customer want to view the reports in soft copy only!!...
Only in this PC i am facing this type of problem.

do you want to create reports on this PC?
If the customer shall be able to create reports a printer must be installed.

If the PC is used only to displayed already created reports you can just use Excel. There is no need to use the WinCC OA Excel report.

Hi,

It is a server grade machine. Previously in this PC reports were worked fine & getting generated. But we have taken maintenance of this PC & iVisionmax is re-installed after that we r cacing this problem. Other functionalitys are working fine like Oracle DB, HMI screen data is getting fine.

I don't know if it works(probably should), but you can use a PDF Printer maybe?
