ASCII Manager in 3.13

Hi,

I have upgraded my project from 3.10 to 3.13

Now while using ascii manager for exporting datapoints i am getting this error

'-user' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

and that file is not generated.

Anyone has faced such issue? please help

are you starting the ASCII-manager from the command line or are you using the panel for the ASCII-manager?
Which operating system are you using?

I am using the panel for the ASCII-manager.
Operating system is Windows 7 Professional SP1
