IEC61850 Driver in WinCC OA 3.13

Hi Experts,

Kindly let me know whether WinCC OA 3.13 support dynamic dataset creation in IEC 61850 communication.
Also is buffering functionality available with V3.13?

Hello,

in WinCC OA 3.13 it is not possible to use dynamic datasets. This feature is planned for the next major release (end of 2015).
Buffered report control blocks can be used for the IEC61850-driver in WinCC OA 3.13.
