Hi!
I'm new to this whole system, but I'm trying to do something very specific and would just like some direction as to what I could do. Let me know if there are any problems with lack of clarity or information.
Right now, what I have is a function put together so that when you double click on the warning strip at the bottom of a template, it pulls the AES into the main panel rather than having a popup appear. The end goal is two-fold, and one part is a general AES question.
First, I would like a way to have the AES automatically run without having to push the "Play" button. I have it set currently so that changing configurations automatically runs the table, but I cannot seem to figure out how to essentially make it automatically run so I can eventually delete the play button. Double clicking on that bottom strip should serve the purpose that the button does currently.
Secondly, after I get a table up and automatically running on the main panel, I am trying to retrieve the warning priority from the specific warning that is displayed on any given AES row on the bottom warning strip (AESrow.pnl) so that when you double click on that row, it automatically filters the AES to only display warnings of the same priority.
My idea is to create various configurations on the AES and then simply map the priority numbers to the names of these configurations, then write a script to change the AES configuration on double click on a given row on that warning strip. However, I can't really begin trying this until I successfully am able to retrieve the warning priority by row..
Thanks for the help!
