problem with downloading WinCCOA from download page

Hello ! We already bought winCC OA, received authorization, but we cant download WinCC Installer.

We see empty place when we click the link "WinCC Open Architecture 3.12 Windows (64bit) incl. P017"

what was the problem ?

I just try if the download works and I get a dialog if the file shall be saved or opened.
Which operating system and browser are you using?
Do other links in the download section work?

I tried IE and Chrome.
Tha other download links works but this one shows the empty list
