Apparently with 160 posts you get 5 circles and become a Gold Boarder.

Been a while since was in here and took a look at what's been happening in the OA world I guess I might have a go at that Gold Boarder badge

160 is for gold, for platinum you need 320.
After that you only could join us to get Employee rank B)
