PVSS 3.9 installation error

Hi, I have come across this error while installation PVSS 3.9 on my Windows 7 Professional laptop

Error 1904.Module C:\\ETM\\PVSS2\\3.9\\bin\\SubTimer.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147220473. Contact your support personnel.

Any one encounter this problem? PVSS seems to be running fine even with this error but just to make sure if it is not a critical issue after running it on site.

problem solve , SubTimer.dll depend on msvbvm50.dll which is missing in windows 7 / PVSS II 3.9 installer package. Download msvbvm50.dll msvbvm50.dll download and reregister SubTimer.dll ( regsvr32 SubTimer.dll using a elevated commond prompt)
