Alert Windows Acknowledge problem

Hi,
Sometimes, wanted to acknowledge the alarm on alert windows this message appearing on message box "Acknowledge only possible at running screen". Why this message is opened.

Hello,

acknowledging alerts at the AEScreen is only possible when the screen was opened in "Current" or "Open" configuration. In "Closed" mode acknowledging the alerts is not possible. Maybe you have been using this configuration.

Good day, we experienced the same problem with “acknowledge only possible …”
we used original panel AlertRow for short view of unaknowledges alerts and view(module) with all alerts on one screen, in the topology we have 2 screens, so 4 changed alert rows at one ui.
At first, when project and visualisation open first time - it’s all good. But when user logout and login - this error is starting to appear. It is curing only when we stop the project at all and start again.
The one and only parameter, that we send to alert row is filter.
RootPanelOnModule and the SCREENTYPE parameter

From the description I cannot see what the problem is. Maybe there is much more detailed information necessary to detect the cause for the behaviour.
