Excel report configuration

I setup Excel reports for the first time so it's hard for me to understand how to select DP for template Sheet and there is no data records to select in Basic values neither.

I have some archive recodrs in my project

I use WinCC OA v.3.12 (demo mode) + Excel on x64 platform

Should I order this option or it could be used by default (same question about SMS-informing)?
