Changing to other language in System management throwing warning message box

Dear ALL,

I am getting a warning message box whenever i change the language through system management panel in V3.12. In 3.9 we are not getting this message box.

Message:
Only one system management per module is allowed.
VISU:PVSS_SysMgm:SystemManagement

Any solutions to solve it. Thanks in advance.
