S7-400 - S7 - WinCC OA (TSPP)/can\'t receive data from PLC

Hello ETM Support team,

I have some issue with received data with time stamp (TSPP) from PLC to WinCC OA machine. My system based on the S7-driver between computer with install WinCC OA and S7-412-3HJ14-0AB0 and CP-413-1EX20-0XE0. For example: my controller have a data (word) in the block DB101.22. I set the S7 driver as reccomended in "help", also I add "AliveInterval = 0" to [s7] config file; receiv mode in datapoint - "Unsolicited TSPP" and Adress - "int32 Datacomponent (DBx.DBDy)" - 101.22. All settings in S7-412 is correct. I assuming problem consist in WinCC OA (incorrect settings or possibility receive data from PLC). May be I needed make additional script for correctly receive data from my PLC? Other solve (OPC, SINAUT) disagree. Can you provide me "step by step" instruction or other example.

Hi;
Have you checked the connections establishment in Netpro at STEP-7 end?
As per our experience we have to configure any number as resource count (except 3). This will act as a TSAP id.
Please check.
