Actaully I don't have Wincc OA software. I have a little bit of experinece with wincc flexible. I wounder how the configuring of multilingual projects in wincc oa differ from doing it in wincc flexible.
I am expecting some work in which I may need to work with wincc oa but not sure.

You can try to download the newest WinCC OA version 3.12 or at the WinCC OA online help for WinCC OA 3.11 from the Download section. I'm not sure if you have access to this section.

Starting the software WinCC OA is also possible without a valid license, then the system is running in a 30-minutes demo-mode.
