smarter screen resolution picker for PanelToplogy

I was always amaized how dumb the picker for the Panel Topology screen resolution really was. If you pick the template you want, you can pick the size for testing or to see if the size exists for the screen you have. But, that panel is hard-coded, the resolutions are not real, they are a static pick list.

I took some time and fixed up this dialog box so that it will take the selection of the template name, then look into the directory for the sizes that are actually defined for that template. It will populate the pick list with ONLY the sizes that exist, if you choose the first size, the corresponding size will be selected automatically.
