HI all
i have problem with report excel, when i open report excel in wincc oa, excel always force close
i used excel 2016 32 bit and 2019 32bit same problem
version wincc oa 3.20.8
i try to unreg and registration for the WCCOAcom.dll, the SubTimer.dll, mscomctl.ocx and the mscomct2.ocx
excel still force close
how to solve this problem?

Hi Nick,
We had the same problem last week. An application error with ID 1000 appeared in the Windows Event Viewer and there were indications of problems with Netlogon.
IT installed the Windows, Office and Netframework updates on the affected PCs.
After that, the Excel report could be restarted.
