UI crashing after upgrading WOA 3.19 to patch 005

UI (vision and gedi) crashing after upgrading from 3.19 patch 004 to wincc oa version 3.19 patch 005.
after opening the script editor UI (Gedi) is crashing.
below is the log -

This behavior is already known and our development is working for a solution. Specifically, the error occurs because the file "D:\Siemens\Automation\WinCC_OA\3.19\bin\resources\icudtl.dat" cannot be opened because it does not exist.

Can you please try to reinstall WinCC OA 3.19 P005 and see if it fixes the issue?

I did complete uninstallation and then install patch 005, Its functionating properly now.
