WinCC OA 3.16 Patch 34 changed?

Hello,

i noticed today that the files in the download for 3.16 Patch 34 have been changed. The Windows Version has a different MD5 Sum now.

old:

WinCC_OA_3.16_windows_x64_P034.exe MD5 Sum: 89e83424e9317f7e2f2bdfcffaf73e90
WinCC_OA_3.16_linux_rhel_x86_64_P034.zip MD5 Sum: a2a4e83e21ccbc9b01ec8cee3591fd01

new:

WinCC_OA_3.16_windows_x64_P034_1.exe MD5 Sum: 8c34a0ed3ff547e7c7815f0887b5f753
WinCC_OA_3.16_linux_rhel_x86_64_P034_1.zip MD5 Sum: a2a4e83e21ccbc9b01ec8cee3591fd01

The old files must have had an error.
Are the people who downloaded and installed the bad patch now out of luck?
