Hello Community,
I have a question regarding using the BACnet driver as BBMD.
Is it possible to use the BACnet driver as normal driver (to connect to BACnet devices) and, at the same time, have it function as a BBMD for the network?
The BACnet devices are in different subnets and I would like to know if we can use the SCADA server to act as the BBMD for its subnet or if we would need an extra BBMD device.
WinCC OA: 3.18 P009
Btw, in the online help under "Possible WinCC OA Config Entries it states that BBMD is not usable.
See "net" entry for BBMD config ("This entry is not relevant for the current version.") here:
https://www.winccoa.com/documentation/W ... tml#bacnet
Under the help page "BACnet driver config file" it does not state this. So I assume the entry in "Possible config entries" is not up-to-date (hopefully).

Re: BACnet BBMD
I had a look at the documentation and in the description for the "net" entry information for BBMD is listed.
At which config entry have seen that it cannot be used?
