how to use this confiuuration for alert " _alert_hdl.._hyst_time "

I want make alert delay.
I found some below but that depends on value. i tested it .it works by the value.
_hyst_type
_l_hyst_limit
_u_hyst_limit

and then I found _alert_hdl.._hyst_time
but there are no this on help document.

I just guess that if I can use this configuration parameter, I can make alert delay by the time.
please advise me.

WinCC OA currently does not offer the possibility to delay alarms.
If a value exceeds the configured thresholds the alarm will immediately be raised.
