S7+ Driver keep restarting

Hello,

I have some trouble with S7+ Driver connected to multiple PLC (1517H, PLCSIM). The server is running WinCCOA 3.18P6 on Windows.
The driver restart at random time and then stop restarting at some point.
It seems that the system is looking for an API licence but we don't have it and don't use it, I don't know if it is related.

If you need assistance in analyzing this issue please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support.
Probably the license need to be checked and and the configuration of the S7 driver.
