Redundant connection to s7 1500H

Post by adaneau »

Hi,

Posting here because I am out of ideas

I am trying to connect a 1500H CPU to WinCC OA 3.18. So far I have the first connection working (X2) but I cannot get the second one X1 to be connected. I keep getting the following error :

"_PLC_XXXX logged out with reason = -9223353203423182707" (where to find the meaning of this ...)

Both the IP are system IP. X2 is dedicated connection and X1 is going through the MRP ring (via a scalance).

Any suggestion of a forgotten configuration in the PLC or in WInCC OA for me?

Thank you.

No, I am using s7 plus. But I start to think that the gateway may be misconfigured in the CPU for system IP x1.

Can you please add the full information for the log message.
Maybe it helps when you add all the log entries which are written when starting the driver.

If you have configured several PLCs for the same driver please set all inactive except those one which has the connection errors to limit the amount of log messages.
Have you tried to use the debug flag "-dbg conn"?
