IEC104 Communication During Redundancy

Hello everyone, I need your help.

I have some PLC's that brand Siemens S71500 and 1200. I'm getting signal to WinccOA using IEC104 protocol. Also I have 2 servers for redundancy.
In IEC drivers tab Host 1 is stable but host 2 going error every 10-15 seconds. as a result of this situation I can not get infos healthy. What can I do?

First of all please have a look at the PVSS_II.log file to see if an error is reported when the connection is rejected.
Probably the log message can help you to find the cause.
