Add alert configuration bug

Hello All!

I facing a frustrating bug in my project.
I'm using 3.17 P0014 version.
I'm trying to make a new alert filter configuration, however somewhy it is not added to the list.
If I do the same in another project it is working without any problem.
Is there a solution for this without migrating project? (How can I migrate project in other case?)

Can you please check if the CTRL manager with the script list pvss_scripts.lst is running in your project.
This script/manager is needed to create the datapoints which are used to save an AEScreen configuration.
