Run map ewo on ITC client

Hello dear community,
Is it possible to run maps ewo on ITC client?
I have tried it but without any success, although it worked fine on desktop based UI. It just doesn't show up (the maps ewo). Is it the reason that ewo's cant be run on ITC clients, and if not, does that apply also for custom ewo's?
Any suggestion would be helpful

I checked the content of the ITC package and it does not include the Maps EWO.
This might be the cause why it does not work.
Custom EWO's may also not work as they cannot be downloaded/installed at the ITC client.
