S7Plus Issues with TIA V17

Are there any known issues with WinCC OA S7Plus communications with S7-1500 PLCs programmed using TIA Portal V17?

A simple PLC configuration and software downloaded using TIA Portal V16 functions normally, however when downloaded using TIA V17 communications is not established and the following errors are logged:

WCCOAs7plus (2), 2021.09.14 17:12:54.352, PARAM,SEVERE, 54, Unexpected state, NotificationHandler, handle_notification, _ET200SP_CPU, Invalid value retrieved for subscription. Access denied = 1, Out of memory = 0, Status = 10
WCCOAs7plus (2), 2021.09.14 17:12:54.352, SYS, SEVERE, 118, Last error already repeated 50 times. Until another output occurs, this one will be blocked.

And occasionally:

WCCOAs7plus (2), 2021.09.14 17:02:57.759, PARAM,SEVERE, 68/s7plus, S7PlusConnection, async command type 1, get_request_error, _ET200SP_CPU, Error not coming from OMS+ (-9223348805376671603)
WCCOAs7plus (2), 2021.09.14 17:03:06.013, SYS, SEVERE, 94, Driver communication failure, failure condition on HmiConnection, _ET200SP_CPU

Software versions for non-functional configuration:
WinCC OA V3.18 P003
TIA Portal V17
ET200SP CPU Firmware Version 2.9

Software versions for functional configuration:
WinCC OA V3.18 P003
TIA Portal V16
ET200SP CPU Firmware Version 2.9 (2.9 installed on CPU however only operating in 2.8 mode due to TIA V16)

All passwords and certificates have been disabled.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Confirmed issue. Solved by updating to V3.18 P004 which was not available at the time.
