Peripheral Address config disappear after the server restart

Our project faced a weird problem. This project has run for 5 years.
WinCC OA v3.14 P014 under Windows server 2012 R2 Standard.
The peripheral address config disappeared after the server restart.

There are errors in logviewer.

69, Database error, StVariableUtils, LoadVariable
54, Unexpected state, ManagerInitialiser, refillConfigInitList, DpConfig nicht ladar:
SSH0000202.PT22.setPointW:_address (Type:0 Sys:0 Dp:12373 EL:194 : _address..0)
69, Database error, DataManTask, dbError, RAIMA Database Error *** Code:-6 (PROGRAMMER/USER error:-6)

How can I do to fix this problem?

Possibly the database part where the configs are saved is damaged.
You can try to solve the problem with the following procedure:

If now already configs are lost you have to check after the initialization of the database if still errors occur and if configs are lost.
The missing ones you have to create again.
