DPT no longer accepts certain types of data

3.16 P021 on windows 10

I'm trying to add a new boolean structure to my DPT
but it no longer accepts my data, why ?

It looks like you have reached the limit for the element ID (32.768 elements) in this DP type.
If you need further assistance please get in contact with your common WinCC OA support.
